What happens after the assessment ?
If further assessment is recommended for any of the six functions, we advise you to discuss this with your GP.
Regardless of the outcome of the assessment, please return in six months for your next assessment.

You can download your ICOPE passport, which is a type oh halth record book and contains:
- How to assess yourself
- Advice sheets
- Some administrative and medical information
- Your ICOPE follow-up

Your personal data
After you give your consent and throughout your ICOPE journey, the data from your assessments using the ICOPE Monitor digital tools will be stored in a highly secure manner in France, with a certified health data hosting provider. The Toulouse University Hospital Centre, which is responsible for processing the ICOPE Monitor dashboard, is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of this data, in accordance with national provisions and the European General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).
