What is ICOPE?

Recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), the ICOPE program helps you to measure and maintain six key capabilities, enabling you to continue doing what matters to you for as long as possible. Supported by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, ICOPE identifies early signs of decline and enables timely action when prevention is most effective.
